The Google Pixel Buds 2 is known for being reliable earbuds, in fact, many users prefer The Pixel Buds 2 over any earbuds in the market, due to how durable and good-looking they are, not to mention the Google Pixel Buds tips and tricks that make them stand the most.

As many things in life have flaws, the Google Pixel Buds 2 is no different, despite having all these advantages, yet many users have been reporting that The Pixel Buds 2 have a lot of issues.  Luckily, Google is aware of the issues that many fans are facing, and it intends to solve them all.

Droid Life reported that Google recently sent out survey questions to their client asking them about their experience with Google Pixel Buds 2.

The questions were really basic, they ask them about the type of device users own if they come across any problem while using Google Pixel Buds 2, and how often they use Pixel Buds 2.

As it pointed out, google made this survey to see the problems that users were facing, and prioritize the issue, to separate the problems that need to be fixed as soon as possible, and issues that are going to take time to be solved.

This survey covered many issues that users have been facing such as; audio cutouts, constant hissing, right and left out of sync, video lag, lack of bass… Some users even address that Pixel Buds 2 don’t feel comfortable in their ears, and the battery doesn’t last as expected. In addition, some users reported that they experienced some software issues with Google Assistant, Google Translate, and Adaptive Sound.

Hopefully, Google addresses these issues as soon as possible and takes serious action to solve them. Keep in mind that Google already announced that a new update is coming soon to earbuds, which may fix some technical problems.
